Returns
Regarding a consumer purchase you have a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days during which you can return the article without stating grounds or reasons, starting on the day of delivery. Before returning products please notify us by sending an e-mail to cafefringale@gmail.com in which you report your wish to return the product. The article can only be returned when unused and in the original packaging and only when Café Fringale has been informed via e-mail.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned like perishable goods such as coffee. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The customer is responsible for the appropriate packaging and returning of the articles. We cannot take responsibility for missing return packages. The costs of returning the package are for the customer. If the customer wants to switch items, Café Fringale will pay for the shipment of the new item. If you wish we will refund the complete purchase price (when you have already paid) except the shipment costs. All cancellations and exchanges need to be done in writing (through e-mail: cafefringale@gmail.com). Make sure to include your full name, account number with IBAN and BIC/Swift, and the order/invoice number. Attention: Café Fringale will refund the money to the used payment method.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Paid amounts will be refunded within 30 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
